At FBC Bethalto we make decisions as a community of believers, yet we also agree to be led and directed by a group of godly men we call Elders. The Elders shoulder the responsibility for following the direction of the Holy Spirit as they seek to make decisions that are for the good of the church and for the glory of God. The community of believers is responsible for confirming those decisions, so we work together to see God’s church grow! The Elders also seek to care for the spiritual well-being of the believers within our church. If there is anything our Elders can help you with in your life, please let us know!
