Church Family,

Things at the church have changed yet again due to COVID-19. On Friday, March 20, our governor issued an Executive Order stating that the state of Illinois should shelter in place and all non-essential businesses and organizations should temporarily cease. As an act of protection and love toward those most vulnerable among us, FBCB has suspended all functions at the church building. Our elders have instructed our staff to work from home until the ban is lifted on April 7th, 2020.

The staff will be available by phone (home phone) if you need to speak with them. The staff will also be checking email. If you have a pastoral emergency, remember to call our emergency phone number, 618-610-9993.

We will still continue to offer a worship experience via the internet (Facebook, YouTube, and fbcbethalto.org/live). The building has been disinfected and cleaned in anticipation of our return. If you have a church key, please refrain from entering the church until the shelter in place order is lifted.

We love you church and miss gathering with you! In this time of separation, look for opportunities to serve others and continue to pray for one another.
